Please read through the following Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. They comprise the terms on which the purchaser ("you") is permitted to purchase items from G Murphy & L Buchanan ("us", also referred to as "we" and "our") on this website.

Please note all content included on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, sound clips, video clips, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of G Murphy & L Buchanan, our partners or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable intellectual property and other relevant laws.

If you submit an order advertised for sale on this Website, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms:

The sale and purchase of books via this website is governed by a contract between you and us, formed when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us, payment has been confirmed by PayPal, and you have been sent confirmation. 

Please note: as soon as we confirm your order, we will endeavour to dispatch it within 24 hours of order receipt. Items may be returned (at the purchaser's risk) and are refundable, within 7 days from the purchase date. The premises for delivery will be the address supplied by the purchaser at the time of purchase. 

Personalisation & Dedication

Due to the unique nature of personally signed and dedicated books we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit. However if the item is defective or we have made an error we will gladly either refund or replace the item. Please notify us within 3 days of arrival via email inlaymansterms@gmail.com
